DaVinci Resolve Media Relinker

About this product

Media Relinker helps editors restore offline clips when project source media has moved to new disks, archives or folder structures.

Key features

• Reusable relinking rules: Define the old and new media locations once, then apply those rules to the open project.
• Preserve folder hierarchy: The utility computes candidate replacement paths while respecting the original folder organization.
• Check before relinking: It verifies that a replacement file exists; if a rule fails, it tries the next rule.

Requirements and setup

Intended for users of DaVinci Resolve dealing with media that has moved between locations. The listing includes setup instructions and a user manual.
